Terms & Conditions
1. Booking
A non-refundable booking fee of £10 is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
2. Cancellations
I understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. However, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeit of the booking fee.
3. No Shows
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% service fee being charged.
4. Late Arrivals
Punctuality is important to ensure the best service for all clients.
• If you are 15 minutes or more late, your booking fee will be forfeited, and a 100% service fee will apply.
• In this case, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
5. Breakages or Losses
All services come with a one-week guarantee.
• Any issues reported within this time frame will be repaired free of charge, provided there is no evidence of client damage or interference.
6. Photos & Media
Photos taken of your nails may be used for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes at the discretion of Nailed It MK.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By paying your booking fee, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
